In spite of the cold weather, 3 hardy cowboy (Hardcore, Mayham and Doc Bandit) showed up to play.  Even though the day was a bit on the cool side, the sun was out and it turn into a great shooting day as it warmed up.  Hope to see everyone next time.

It was suppose to rain according to the weather forecast and for once it was correct.  It rained the entire time of the match.  Three "real cowboys" ( Doc Bandit, Long Shot Quigley and Wild Shot Pete ) showed up and shot 6 stages finishing in just over an hour.  No scores were kept and everyone had a good time.  It was decided that the winner would be the cowboy with the least number of misses which was Long Shot Quigley.  In the future, if you want to be included in the list of "real cowboys", don't let a little rain or snow keep you away.  See you at the next match.

We had a great turnout for the shoot with enough to have two posses.  Six stages where shot with everyone having a great time and Sugarfoot being the only one to get a clean match.  ​

Even though the weather was warm, 12 cowboys and cowgirls came out to play.  A welcome back to Marshel DJ, after many years.  Also had several new shooters to the club.  Clean matches were shot by Sugarfoot, Sage Rat and Ridge Runner.  Way to go.

Another hot day presented itself to 5 cowboys who came out to shoot.  After 4 stages it was getting warm enough that it was decided to call it a day and get out of the heat.  ​

Since it was the 5th Sunday of the month, a Wild Bunch match was held with 9 cowboy participating and several more there to help.  Six stages were shot with minimal malfunctions and procedurals occuring.  Hope to see you at the next match.

We had a break in the hot weather with a cool day for shooting.  Nine cowboy arrived to play the game including a new shooter to the club (Bungalow Bill).  Six stage were shoot with no one having a clean match.

The election of officers was held, with the current leaders retaining their positions.

​

Another hot, sunny day brought out 8 cowboys sweet in the heat.  No one had a clean match with stage 2 being  particularly problematic.  Five cowboys out of 8 got procedurals on the 2nd stage.  We finished off with one of Blue's "famous stages" with everyone having a great time.

​

Summer has finally arrived with the day being sunny and hot.  8 cowboys came out to enjoy the day.   Both Ridge Runner and Bulldog had a clean match.  Six stages were shot.

In spite of the rain, seven cowboys showed up.  After several stages, the weather improved and  the rain stopped.   Both Ridge Runner and Sage Rat had a clean match, again.  Six stages were shot.

Again the weather cooperated with sunny skies and warm weather.   Eight cowboy came out to play.  Both Ridge Runner and Sage Rat had a clean match in terms of score (since black power was used it is hard to call it a "clean match" ).  Six stages were shot and everyone had a great time.​

Range clean up and painting occurred with a good turn out of cowboys to make it happen.

Good weather brought out 7 cowboys and 1 cowgirl to defend the west.   Six stages were shot with Ridge Runner taking top honors with Bulldog being a very close 2nd, only being 0.22 seconds behind.  Mayhem likely would of won the match, but he left after 3 stages giving top honors to someone else.

Rain was forecast and this time they were right.  It rained or snow on and off all day.   Still Bulldog, Blue, Panhandle Gem, Mayhem and Doc Bandit showed up to defend the west from outlaws and bandits.  Six stages were shot in record time.  No official score was kept except the number of misses.  Doc Bandit took top honors by shooting a clean match.  Remember there is a Wild Bunch match next week.  Hope everyone can make it assuming good weather.

Perfect weather brought out 12 cowboys and 1 cowgirl to play. Six stages were shot.   After years of practice, Badger Den, RD and Ridge Runner managed to have no misses for the entire match.  Looks like I need to take some lessons from the pros.

​

There will be a Wild Bunch match the 5th Sunday of March.  Also there will be a work day at the range some time in April

Rain was forecast which kept everyone away except Hardcase Foster and Doc Bandit.  Turned out that that there was no rain with occasional patches of blue sky.  Doc and Hardcase shot a number of stages for practice and had a great time.  Hopefully we will have better turn out next time.
